How pricing works

You sign an annual agreement; we quote a monthly equivalent for easy budgeting. The platform fee is billed annually and includes a defined number of completed onboarding sessions per contract year — the activation metric we agree on for your program. If you finish the year under that number, there is no usage surprise. If you exceed it, you pay a straightforward per-session overage. There are no seat licenses and no long menu of optional modules.

Pricing FAQ

How does GuideAI price contracts?+

We show a simple monthly equivalent so finance teams can compare GuideAI to other line items. Contracts are annual: Growth is $24,000 per year ($2,000/mo equivalent), Business is $60,000 per year ($5,000/mo equivalent). Each tier includes a defined volume of completed onboarding sessions per contract year (1,000 on Growth and 4,000 on Business). You only pay for overages if completions exceed that volume. There are no per-seat charges.

How do tiers align with our customers’ ACV?+

We mean your customers’ ACV—the annual contract value your end customers pay you. If typical customer ACV is under about $24K but you have high onboarding completion volume, Growth is usually the right fit. If typical customer ACV is $24K or higher, we usually recommend Business or Enterprise so scope, success, and governance match a higher-revenue customer base. Volume, security, and deployment needs still factor in; your rep will confirm the best tier.

What counts as a completed onboarding session?+

We align the exact definition with you during onboarding — typically a session in which a user reaches your agreed activation or completion milestone in the flow GuideAI is guiding. The goal is one simple, auditable counter your team already cares about.

Do you charge by user, seat, or MAU?+

No. Pricing is not seat-based. The platform fee and included session volume are designed for complex B2B onboarding where user counts alone do not reflect value delivered.

When do overages apply?+

Only after included completed sessions are exceeded in a contract year. Overage is billed in arrears on a straightforward per-session basis (or a custom structure for Enterprise).

How do we choose between Growth and Business?+

Start with the ACV guide above: lower customer ACV with high completion volume points to Growth; $24K+ customer ACV usually points to Business or Enterprise. Within that, Growth includes 1,000 completed sessions per year; Business includes 4,000 plus priority support, deeper integrations, and quarterly executive reviews.
